Read the community guidelinesInterviewed for the position of SEO Marketing Intern.
The company is conveniently located near Xike Station. Employees can microwave their lunch boxes, and there is also a food court on the first floor. The environment is very new, and most employees are young.
Working hours are arranged flexibly, so there is quite a lot of freedom.
The interviewer was the supervisor for the position. The supervisor was nice, and I received the job offer notification on the fifth day after the interview.
You need to bring your own laptop.
1. Interview: Digital Marketing Sales
2. You receive a response about whether you were hired approximately one week after the interview; it is not a case of being ghosted (not hired)
3. The office has a startup atmosphere, with many young people and a very clean environment
4. Five people took part in the interview, including the boss, who personally conducted the interview. This showed sincerity, and everyone was very polite. (Based on this alone, I can say that the boss is good at dealing with people, and probably at doing business as well.)
5. After joining, you will be given a form to complete and some questions to answer. The questions may concern a project they are currently managing (or have managed in the past)
Based on the interview, I don't think there are any.
It's just that they seem to be looking for someone with no prior experience (meaning the salary isn't very high).
1. Interview position: Digital Marketing Specialist.
2. Average. However, during the interview, all four interviewers were using their computers. They would look up to ask you questions, so they were probably communicating with each other via computer, right?
3. Everyone at the company was quite friendly.
4. There was a written test. When you reached the interview stage, they would ask you to read aloud everything you had written in the test just before.
Not exactly a drawback:
Although the posting stated that applicants with no experience were welcome, in practice they asked whether you would like to switch to an internship position first.
