Pros

Easygoing colleagues

Cons

Being stationed at the cashier is really unfortunate!

The boss takes every mistake made by coworkers, converts it into negative emotions, and vents them on you. But in front of the other coworkers, he will never let them know that they made mistakes before, because once he has vented his temper, that's the end of it.

The boss is extremely emotional. Whenever he is speaking, you must stop everything you are doing and listen to him attentively, whether he is scolding a coworker, you, or a supplier. Even if you have something extremely urgent at hand, you are not allowed to continue.

Something said the day before may suddenly be contradicted completely the next day.

The boss believes he knows every detail of the work inside out, but has absolutely no patience when you try to discuss or explain things to him. (I strongly suspect he actually doesn't understand, so he gets angry to quickly end conversations he can't follow?)

The boss is extremely impatient. Things that previous coworkers took about three or four months to become familiar with, he will force you to memorize within one month. He will even put it nicely and say that he is very tolerant and is giving you three months of opportunity ( ̄∇ ̄)

They say you finish work at 4 p.m., but in reality, you cannot leave unless the tasks at hand have been completed thoroughly and perfectly. New employees generally do not get off work until around 7 p.m. Please note that your working hours are from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; that means you are effectively working nearly 12 hours.

The company provides one meal, but if you eat at the company every day, the boss will also become unhappy and hold it against you.

The person who creates the problems does not need to be held accountable. When you are still inexperienced, the boss will question your work efficiency, and the person who learns how to handle the problems ends up being dealt with instead.

The boss's emotional volatility is the most frightening part, because you never know how he has accumulated his dissatisfaction with you. Do you wonder what kind of person would be suited to this company? Someone who is hardworking and able to endure hardship, who will not complain even when working overtime without overtime pay; preferably someone who can eat grass and run fast; someone who can work independently within a month; who dares to ask questions about any problem; who never makes mistakes; who can get everything right the first time with no rework; who can draw inferences from one example; who can read the room; and preferably someone with a sweet tongue.
