An inner circle that treats externally hired employees as worthless. No matter what goes wrong, it is always the external hires’ fault. The accounting manager has a superiority complex and is overly sensitive, believing that others are speaking ill of him. During maternity leave, he held video meetings and demanded participation, then bullied and pressured people. Even after an apology, he would not let the matter go. He repeatedly contacted people about work during maternity leave—you are expected to work while being subjected to criticism. Extremely unfriendly toward women.
