Drawbacks
1. No bonuses or benefits; the year-end bonus is so small that one visit to TASTy Steak is enough to use it up (you can do the math yourself). Not receiving a payslip is standard, and it is unclear whether the labor and health insurance contributions are accurate.
2. The boss is unpredictable. Only what the boss says is right. Regardless of whether what the boss asks you to do can be completed in time or is right or wrong, doing it is what matters.
3. You may be inexplicably smeared or scapegoated; it is not unusual for five people to resign voluntarily because they could not last a month.
4. If you remind the boss and the boss forgets, it is your fault because you did not keep reminding them.
5. The boss may ask for things at any time; if you do not have them ready, you are considered incompetent.
6. Whenever something work-related is troublesome, colleagues will make all kinds of excuses to pass the buck. The sooner they get rid of it, the better.
