Pros
The HR representative spoke quite politely.
Cons
They only responded after about seven days.
HR first notified me by phone and asked some questions.
After the questions, they decide, depending on the circumstances, whether to recommend you to the manager responsible for the position you applied for.
If the manager thinks it’s OK and the schedules match, there will be a second interview.
For the second interview, if the schedules match, it is basically conducted by the manager and HR together.
