Read the community guidelinesThe salary structure is very straightforward. Whatever base salary the company offers is the actual amount, with no additional items included (such as lunch allowances or perfect-attendance bonuses). Personally, I think this is excellent!
The location is remote and feels somewhat mountainous, so there are many ants and other insects.
The ground outside is bare dirt with weeds growing on it, so it is not very safe when it rains.
The office is in a shipping container (although there is air conditioning inside).
There are stray dogs along the road that you have to take to get to the company (I don't know whether they will chase people).
In summary: The environment is not ideal...
Young colleagues and supervisors; they seem quite easy to get along with. The salary is higher than in similar positions, but after deducting the fuel costs for traveling to external job sites, it is about the same as comparable positions.
The location is remote, the roads are narrow, and cement trucks and freight trucks frequently pass through. The head office is in Miaoli, while Tucheng is a small branch office. The roads outside are unpaved, making them dangerous when it rains. The containers serve as offices and living quarters for the workers. Lunch is not provided.
