Pros
Extensive exposure to many brands, a great work environment, attractive colleagues, and stability.
Cons
They give you meal vouchers every month instead of paying you more. When the manager is in a good mood, all is peaceful. When they are in a bad mood, be prepared for trouble. If you have a poor relationship with the manager, prepare to resign immediately. There is no channel or room for grievances, and the boss does not get involved either.
