1. The person in charge is Indian and a vegetarian. Because they are vegetarian, they feel uncomfortable giving employees gift boxes containing meat as bonuses for the three major festivals. Therefore, there are no bonuses for the three major festivals or year-end bonuses. The year-end bonus depends on the circumstances that year and may or may not be provided; it is not guaranteed.
2. The work hours start late because they accommodate the one-and-a-half-hour time difference with India.
3. Occasionally, overtime is required before and after exhibitions, but there is no overtime pay.
4. The salary and benefits are poor, and there are no benefits.
