A job on a moving production line, specializing in making flashlights. Because there are few employees, the company may not enroll you in labor and health insurance—you have to file a complaint yourself, and even then, they only insure you at the minimum level. During the first few months, the boss decides whether to pay you a monthly or daily wage based on their personal impression of you, but usually the pay is not very high. There are absolutely no opportunities for technical development.
