2. There are bonuses paid three times a year, which I think is quite generous.
3. Weekend overtime can be exchanged for compensatory time off on another day.
1. Endless overtime.
2. Assistants often have to help the art team, styling team, and so on with their work, and then the boss says it is for “training”??
3. There is a lack of a training system; when you first join, you usually have to learn by observing and following along on your own.
4. There is a bonus system, but you only qualify if you shoot more than two projects in a month.

There is no overtime pay, and overtime hours cannot be exchanged for compensatory leave (only working on Saturdays or Sundays qualifies).
