Read the community guidelinesYou can eat the things the company films and says not to eat, right? Hahaha
The company brazenly expects you to work overtime, yet says that everyone is one big family and that no one will quibble over these things—as long as you focus on getting the work done.
How dare they say something like that?
Listed below:
1. The supervisor is extremely unreasonable, arrogant, and acts like she is so amazing. She does not communicate. Every day, she messages you on Line with nothing but orders, throws you something with no context, and tells you to deal with it. Then, even after you repeatedly confirm it with her, she ultimately says that is not what she wanted and makes you do it over. You do pointless work every day. She is very selfish and cares about no one but herself.
2. Some people do not do their work. As an editor, one person says she does not know how to write copy and makes other people write it for her, then acts cute to get away with it. I did not want to argue with her, but she really thought it was fine—she thought that just because she usually maintained a good relationship with me, she could behave like this. Haha, what a joke. What can you expect when she is a senior executive’s favorite? It is merely tolerated.
3. A certain senior executive and a certain coworker do not communicate; they like to bully employees on Facebook and badmouth them. They have absolutely no grace and do not dare to say things face-to-face. I really wonder how old they are.
4. They pile work on you every day, and sometimes you do not even have time to eat. They say things like, “If you can’t handle the workload, you have to tell us, okay~” But when you do tell them, all they do is tell you to keep going, while also saying that everyone is very busy.
5. Whenever people resign, it is blamed on us being delicate, too young, or simply at fault. People leave the company like crazy, yet they never reflect on themselves. When I was about to resign, a certain senior executive said to someone else, “She [referring to me] doesn’t seem to really need the money anyway, so it doesn’t matter, blah blah blah.” I was so angry that I burst into tears. I had worked so hard there, sometimes even doing the work of two people (嗯哼, someone did not write her own copy), yet this was how I was judged. Right, everyone else’s resignation is always someone else’s fault. They are completely self-important, thinking they can talk about others like this—ill-mannered, graceless, childish, and selfish.
Everyone is welcome to go work there~ Come take a look at these oddballs for yourselves ^^
