Read the community guidelinesAbsolutely no pros
The pay is ridiculously low, yet you work like a dog every day and are expected to answer calls and handle work matters at any time. If you miss a call, they act as if you have committed some heinous crime.
When problems arise, everyone loves to pass the buck. They do not deal with the issue, then turn around and blame you for not handling it properly.
They do not pay the actual agreed-upon salary and will even find excuses to deduct money.
If you decide to join this company, I recommend recording audio and video of everything and keeping records of all conversations to protect yourself from being framed.
A very toxic company with an extremely high turnover rate. The boss really acts as though whoever pays is the boss. It is absolutely speechless.

No labor insurance, no overtime pay. The air conditioner leaks, and you have to take out the garbage and sweep the floor yourself. The boss does not respect professional expertise and speaks like a typical exploitative employer, thinking that because they pay you, you should take responsibility and work yourself to death. The company has an extremely high turnover rate; someone leaves every week, and those who remain are incapable teammates.

During the interview, HR will ask you to go to the warehouse in Xizhi, saying that the vice president is there and that you can take a look at the warehouse while you’re there. During the interview, the vice president lies back in a chair, which is extremely disrespectful to interviewees. The salary is very low. The job description for the sales position says that no experience is required, but no one will train you. HR will make it sound appealing by saying that the CEO will teach you, but they are very busy and will only take you there; afterward, you will have to learn on your own. You will also be expected to work overtime and attend company social engagements.

The small company’s environment is dirty and messy, and is very different from what was shown in the 104 job posting. I heard that the photos used were of the mainland China office. The salary offered is quite low, and HR makes grand promises. It feels unprofessional.
