Pros
1. The colleagues are pretty nice
2. Public holidays off
Cons
1. The salary is very low: 23k–25k
2. Although the boss seems easy to communicate with and fairly ordinary, they are actually very authoritarian
3. They come up with a bunch of activities on a whim, and everything has to be done and completed that same day
4. They cut employee benefits while buying themselves a new car during the Lunar New Year
5. They only want to import cheap goods to make huge profits, and then provide nothing in return
