Pros

The introduction and plot of the film *Wolf Warrior* were presented to their fullest extent, with the official website’s recruitment information making extensive references to *Wolf Warrior 2*.

Cons

1. After confirming with the HR representative in mainland China, the company conducting the interview was Shanghai Bondent. When asked about compensation and benefits, they gave vague, evasive answers, merely saying to refer to the information published on the employment website. However, the JINCHUANG Precision company that posted the position and invited candidates to interview only addressed 1111 job postings and Taiwan’s Labor Standards Act, and did not provide mainland China’s legally mandated “five insurances and one housing fund.” (This suggests that they may very likely be following the practices of Taiwanese companies that exploit legal loopholes—recruiting employees from Taiwan to work in mainland China without providing Taiwan’s labor and health insurance or the 6% pension contribution, and without providing mainland China’s legally mandated five insurances and one housing fund.)

2. A search of the mainland Chinese 51Job website showed that the positions posted by Shanghai Bondent—for marketing, product, website, and other roles—sought experienced, skilled professionals, but offered only RMB 5,000–8,000, clearly below prevailing market rates, let alone in Shanghai, where the cost of living is even higher than in Taiwan.

3. The HR representative in mainland China seemed like an old-fashioned administrative manager with no relevant HR experience. The voice interview consisted entirely of mechanically “going over” the item headings, job titles, and start and end dates in the résumé from beginning to end, without discussing any key points. It was merely a rote question-and-answer session that wasted time.
