The interview environment was good
At 1:30 p.m. on March 13, I interviewed for an administrative staff/administrative assistant position. This was the first time I encountered an interviewer with such an exceptionally pleasant attitude.
The company follows the regulations, so the interviewer said there was no need to say anything more, and then went on to say many things that made me feel disrespected.
For example, the job and education requirements were both open. I have at least a year and a half of work experience, but the interviewer repeatedly criticized me for not having much experience and seemed to keep looping on this point. Those without much work experience may want to think twice~~
Because the interviewer’s attitude was so pleasant, I remained polite throughout, responding and expressing my thanks. However, the interviewer later used examples such as introverted people or people who think they ask many questions and are good at job interviews (another applicant was interviewed at the same time), saying that they don’t like candidates to talk too much during interviews: you’ll know once you do the work. Then, just as the interview was about to end, they told me that my personality was very unsuitable for society??
I don’t understand how they could understand my personality when they did almost all the talking throughout the interview...
Was I supposed to interrupt and say that I had questions, only to then be mocked for asking too many questions and be considered more suitable for society?
Anyway, the result is that when you apply, they will ask you to try the job first and say that the company is very stable. There is nothing else you need to understand or talk about. If you can do it, do it; if you can’t, withdraw yourself. The requirements seem quite high. Those considering applying can use this as a reference~ Don’t waste your time like I did, only to finish the interview and come home furious~
They do ask whether you have any questions, but by the end, after hearing everything, I didn’t have any questions anymore (?
