This page collects workplace experiences, questions and discussions submitted by users. Dates shown are submission dates, not periods of employment. Individual reports do not describe the entire company.
Read the community guidelinesThe company has its own water dispenser, microwave, and refrigerator.
There is also a coffee machine available for use (put coins in the money box).
When you first join, there are good learning materials and documents for you to review.
You can also ask supervisors or senior colleagues for help.
It is fine to be proactive and ask plenty of questions.
The work follows a certain schedule and timeline.
Within that schedule, you have plenty of flexibility in arranging your own tasks.
Everyone gets along very well with one another.
Unless there is something special (such as a release update), the office does not stay open past seven.
Most people gradually head home around six-thirty.
Some documents need to be updated in terms of retention or design, and it would be helpful to have more information available for reference.
There may be no records of some older incidents or the original designs, so you have to ask senior colleagues.
However, it feels like this area is receiving more and more attention, so hopefully it will improve further.
The business is still expanding, so things can be a little busy.
However, it has not reached the point of being unmanageable.
There is a rotating duty phone, but if there is a problem or it concerns an item you are not responsible for, you can call out for help.
The main purpose is to let clients know that someone is still responding to their questions.
At lunchtime, employees also take turns answering the company phone. In practice, very few people call during lunch.
Since there are many people sharing the rotation, it can take quite a while before your next turn XD

2. The managers, senior colleagues, and customer service staff are all highly professional and willing to provide assistance (the overall environment is friendly); when major problems arise, they will help you solve them together.

4. There are bonuses for the three major holidays, as well as a year-end bonus.
5. After a new graduate has been employed for approximately one year, if their salary is below 30K, they may have an opportunity to receive a raise to 30K.
6. When a new system goes live, there are opportunities to meet frontline medical and nursing staff (some employees have even eventually gotten married and joined the company to work together).
1. There are relatively many projects (maintenance and new projects); compared with the workload, the staffing seems somewhat insufficient.
(However, the company has recently been recruiting to increase staffing, and has also added and rearranged seating for this purpose.)
2. After completing one year of employment, you need to take turns carrying the on-call phone on weekends and holidays to help handle urgent matters.
(If a problem is complex, you can also seek help from senior colleagues, so you will not be left without support.)
