Read the community guidelinesHandicraft classes; all the instructors we collaborated with were very nice 😊
1. There are surveillance cameras in the shop, so you are constantly monitored.
2. There are no office desks, so you have to work wherever you can.
3. They concealed during the interview that I would have to handle the wastewater tank.
4. Working hours are 9:00–19:00, with a two-hour break in between > A lie; when there are classes, there is basically no time to take a break.
5. On holidays, you can leave early as soon as the class ends > A lie; if you leave early, other colleagues will scold you.
Days off are scheduled flexibly, and every month you can freely choose the days you want to take off > A lie.
6. There is a special assistant who has been there the longest, but their abilities are average. They lost the petty cash, then found it later—it had simply been placed somewhere carelessly ==. They also completely shirked responsibility for the matter, so I ended up having to calculate the petty cash.
(I told the owner and the owner's wife during my interview that I would not handle money. Later, I explained that although I could collect and calculate the money when I was too busy with class-related work, I did not want to be responsible for managing the money. They simply ignored me.)
7. They will go to any lengths to pin the blame on former colleagues. Whenever something goes missing, they blame a former colleague.
8. Why can't the handicraft studio stay in business? I have already given suggestions, but they only hope to benefit from the Facebook algorithm (that was years ago; it has long since disappeared), place advertisements, and gain exposure on third-party platforms. If they do not change, they are simply waiting to perish.
9. As for the hardware and facilities, the classroom is very cramped. If they experienced it as a student themselves, wouldn't they know where the problem lies?
10. If the computer breaks down, you have to take it for repairs yourself.
11. Whether there is an outbreak of an epidemic or the business has been unable to operate successfully for years, please be more generous and properly lay employees off. They use despicable tactics to force employees to resign voluntarily in order to save on severance pay.
