Before the interview, I was told to bring a laptop to take a test. They said they would prepare one if I didn’t have a laptop. I practiced for half a day, but after they finished asking me a round of questions at the interview, there was no test, no explanation of the job duties, and no introduction to the company’s business. They said nothing and simply sent me home. Maybe the boss felt that I wasn’t the person they were looking for and didn’t want to waste time, but it made me feel that they had no respect for job applicants. I spent half a day practicing drawing software that I wasn’t good at, like an idiot, only to encounter such an arrogant interview. This was the first time I had experienced anything like it. I originally had a pretty good impression of the brand, but after the interview, my impression of the company became very negative. I will never want to spend money there. Maybe they aren’t short of employees or customers, which is why they can be so arrogant?
