Pros

None

Cons

1. A company that does not respect other people's professionalism

2. The boss's wife and her daughter often give work instructions that leave people unclear about what they actually want to do. They also fail to consolidate information, making it difficult for others to get things done.

3. The boss's wife's temper is very peculiar, and she has a strong superior's mentality.

4. It claims to focus on enhancing Lukang's cultural heritage, but in practice it merely frequently organizes events that rehash old ideas, without cultural depth or quality.

5. It often violates the Labor Standards Act, such as by not requiring employees to clock in and out.

Pros

The colleagues are all very nice, the atmosphere at work is pleasant, the work is fairly interesting, and the uniforms look good.

Cons

A ridiculously stingy company. The entire month around the Mid-Autumn Festival was insanely busy.

The salary for full-time store staff is 27K (already including overtime pay + a 2,000 sales bonus ^^)

For the month with the highest sales in the entire pastry industry all year, this sales bonus still makes me laugh.

No one even knows how the sales bonus is calculated, and the company can't explain it clearly either.

There are no bonuses for the three major holidays or year-end bonuses, and labor and health insurance are also insured at the lowest salary bracket of 21K.

Despite the company's performance being this good, they keep cutting costs here and there. It is truly disheartening, and I am already preparing to resign.

One small note: I heard from senior colleagues that many people resigned because their salaries were unclear. Now, after all this time, there is finally a payslip—but it is really terrible.
