Read the community guidelinesYou can eat the factory's failed wedding pastries for free.
1. The lunch break is only 30 minutes, which is not enough time to sleep at all. If, like me, you eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly, it takes more time. Since mealtimes are not fixed and you have to find a gap in your schedule to eat, everyone eats separately, and relationships among colleagues are extremely poor.
2. The boss and the boss's mother dress up beautifully and stroll around the company every day, but no one knows what they actually do.
3. The company's recommended articles are paid for. They pay influencers or sponsored KOLs to promote the brand and raise awareness, and their attitude toward communicating with influencers is noticeably different from their attitude toward ordinary customers.
4. The boss fires employees based on the personal opinions of department managers, without any performance evaluation records. They also will not tell you what you did wrong, only saying that the company believes you do not get along well with the department or similar things. In reality, it is simply a black-box operation.
Every day, there are free wedding pastries that don't look very appealing to eat.
After reporting to the company, I found that my colleagues kept a strong sense of distance, and they would not add me to the company's LINE group—not even the small department group. As a result, I was always the last person to learn about any company announcements. I really don't understand how anyone can get work done when the company is this guarded against its employees.
Moreover, my job was to manage the company's social media accounts, yet they were not even willing to make me an administrator. Every day, I wrote the post content and sent it to a colleague for review, and then the colleague published it..... I really couldn't stay in this environment any longer...
The lunch break is only 30 minutes, including the time you spend eating, so anyone who is used to taking a lunch break should think carefully!
