The salary is a little over NT$30,000, but the base salary is only around NT$23,000; I don't know what other bonuses are added on, as the boss's wife never explained. Besides clocking in and out at the start and end of the workday, you also have to clock in and out when your lunch break starts and ends. This is the worst company I've ever encountered.✨
Other than the starting salary being a little higher, I really can't think of anything.
The boss has poor emotional control. If things don't go their way, they start making things difficult, and they have absolutely no trust in employees.
The work covers all kinds of tasks, and there isn't a moment to spare.
It's fine if you're just here to make some money, but don't even think about career development. They will even nitpick over you taking a tissue.
Once you're no longer of any use, the boss will ask you to leave.
