Cons
It is not a very happy industry. Employees who work overtime do not receive the compensation they should; instead, the company indirectly gives them time off. The same applies to national holidays. The monthly self-evaluation also depends on the supervisor’s personal judgment. I have encountered colleagues with good performance, yet their salaries were still leave1. I wonder whether this unfair system should be abolished.
