Pros
The company is very accommodating; anything can be resolved.
Cons
We have a very good relationship with the manufacturer and often dine with their technicians, take them to hotels, and bring cash to their homes.
We have a very good relationship with ZEISS. We do not need to visit customers; Manager Zhu and Manager Wu from ZEISS will send projects to us on their own. We pay for some hotel expenses and take them out for special entertainment, and we immediately get business. Overall, it is quite a comfortable company to work for.
