The company is terrible. The salary is different from what was discussed during the probationary period. The boss watches you work from behind the scenes, and if you don’t do well, they scold you directly.
They ask whether you brought your brain with you, say you have no sense of aesthetics at all, treat employees like tools, and do not respect professional expertise.
