They do not train new employees. If they find that your error rate is high, their own employees rate you very poorly. They give you 10 days’ advance notice of termination. They only listen to one employee’s side of the story. The company lacks employee meetings for discussion, indirectly harming recent graduates entering the workforce. You have to wait a year for a salary adjustment. The workplace is toxic. The starting salary is not high and is lower than required by the Labor Standards Act; you also have to sign a letter of guarantee (that letter of guarantee already violates the Constitution).
