Pros
Colleagues are easy to get along with, but it’s hard to say the same across departments.
There isn’t too much work, so it’s fairly relaxed.
Cons
Some people want to take on projects without having the relevant technical skills. There are too many stubborn managers who are unwilling to change or improve and only want to collect a steady paycheck.
There are too many people who coast along and refuse to leave, shifting responsibility and constantly holding others back.
