Seriously, anyone can be sued… They even coerce and threaten employees. The key point is that she can even sue her own husband—she has tons of experience. As long as you displease her, she’ll say she’s going to file a lawsuit against you. It’s unbelievably absurd!
At first, they put on a polite front and even said they were very good and patient with employees.
An absolutely terrifying place! Whenever an employee makes a mistake, they relentlessly hound them, as if they want to drain your blood and strip your skin off. They raise their voices at the slightest thing and criticize one employee to another. Everyone is spoken of as worthless. They never admit that the problem lies with the married couple themselves. The company has been open for 10 years, yet it simply cannot retain genuinely good employees.
Very hypocritically polite during the interview
There are surveillance cameras everywhere in the company, and there are even listening devices in the office. The owner and his wife really do not trust their employees; whenever they have time, they monitor and listen in to see what you are doing. It is easy to get in but difficult to leave. It is hard to make a clean break and part on good terms. If you accidentally give them something to hold against you, you will suffer the consequences and be unable to escape. They will threaten employees. If you want to survive here, it is like playing chess—you have to proceed cautiously at every step; otherwise, if something goes wrong, the consequences are genuinely very difficult to deal with.
