Read the community guidelines1. The company is close to an MRT station, so commuting should be convenient.
2. It seems that the office was renovated not long ago, so it is still quite new.
1. The interviewer was very arrogant and began by criticizing various aspects of my résumé. If they believe that being critical means they are simply being discerning, then so be it, but I honestly have no idea why they invited me for an interview. Is the job pressure too high?
2. The interviewer's interviewing skills need improvement. Throughout the entire interview, I was not really sure what the main points were. After asking a question, the interviewer would jump to another topic without waiting for my answer. I did not even need to answer, but this should count as a strength?
3. Employee training seems mediocre. I suggest that, if your company has the opportunity or resources, you invest in training employees' interviewing or communication skills. Even résumé screening should probably be included in the training.
P.S. After interviewing for so many years, this was probably the interview that left the deepest impression on me. The interviewer made me have serious reservations about the job. During the interview, it sounded like I was completely not the kind of candidate they were looking for. I hope they find a suitable candidate.
