Read the community guidelinesThe Software Testing Department is full of human warmth.
A traditional electronics factory in disguise, with pay below average.
Although it is the Software Testing Department, you often need to support the Equipment Group in troubleshooting abnormalities on the production line. Besides knowing how to code, you also need to understand circuit theory and be able to troubleshoot both hardware and software issues.
Although it is clearly the Software Testing Group, you are often asked to do other miscellaneous tasks (e.g., supporting the production line as a one-day operator, taking inventory, and assisting other colleagues with their production innovation projects (you will not be listed as part of the project)). Then, during the final three months, you are blamed for not doing well enough at troubleshooting daily production-line abnormalities.
