Pros
Colleagues share a strong sense of camaraderie (excluding the boss and supervisors)
Cons
The company has no rules or systems; everything depends on the boss’s mood
All kinds of performance targets are set retroactively to fit the results
Supervisors may even refuse to sign off on reported overtime
The actual job duties are completely different from what was discussed in the interview—it feels like I was deceived into joining
The turnover rate is extremely high!!
