2. You need to maintain legacy projects (WebForm, WinForm).
3. There is no development documentation, so you can only trace through the code of old projects to resolve many issues.
4. Your supervisor will assume that your mind-reading abilities are exceptionally strong and expect you to automatically understand all kinds of details in a short time.
5. Unless you are exceptionally proactive and willing to work overtime voluntarily, this place is 200% unsuitable for you.
Honed my skills by revising drafts to the point of death and rebirth~!
The manager and deputy manager have terrible aesthetic sense... yet they keep wanting to hire designers, making them revise drafts to death.
The salary deductions are outrageous... They refuse to provide pay statements automatically, and when you ask them for one, they even question what you need it for...
The salary is quite generous, and the manager is also easy to get along with. Overall, it’s a pretty good company~
Overtime must be applied for in advance, so be a little more assertive when requesting overtime from your manager and explain things clearly. If you’re too polite, your overtime may not be counted, because the manager won’t necessarily be attentive enough to check whether you applied for overtime. Basically, no one would want to work overtime intentionally; if you need to, just be bold and apply for it.
