Cons
A certain department is very fond of throwing its managerial weight around. There are hardly any benefits to speak of, and employees are also required to take turns doing office chores. The company has many cliques. The turnover rate in a certain department is very high, and the person in charge there seems not to manage certain problems, allowing them to deteriorate.
