Read the community guidelinesThere is a refrigerator, microwave, and bar counter available for everyone to use, and the environment is comfortable.
The boss is kind but is often led around by senior employees. The senior employees have several fixed cliques, and if you disagree with them, they will start excluding you. They do not train new people and only make you figure things out on your own, resulting in an extremely high turnover rate. Workplace attire is very casual—even slippers are acceptable. They only make grand promises and hold meaningless meetings. If you receive a pay raise, be prepared to be exploited. The year-end bonus is pitifully small, unless the boss values you. You also have to respond to messages from time to time after work. Although it appears that overtime pay is provided, in practice most work is under a responsibility-based system with no additional compensation. Anything the senior employees do not want to do is assigned to you.
Having your own separated small workstation
People at the company love forming cliques and excluding others. The boss also loves gossiping about newcomers with senior employees. The senior employees have no practical ideas; the senior employees hired by the boss only need to flatter the boss to get a raise, with absolutely no need for ability or qualifications. They abuse their power to bully others! Anyone considering working here should be mentally prepared. Unless you live nearby or are looking for a place to coast until retirement, don't waste your life at this company. You won't learn any skills; the only thing you might learn is how to be a yes-person!
