Cons
There are internal conflicts and power struggles within the company. One supervisor sexually harasses employees, is emotional, uses emotional manipulation, and likes to assert authority and use their position to pressure others (often forgetting what they have said, giving unclear instructions, and saying one thing in the morning and something inconsistent in the afternoon). They do not separate public and private matters (I have screenshots of everything), work without logic, give unclear assignments, push all tasks onto others, take all the credit, and another ㄌ ㄅ is emotional.
