Pros
At first, the interview was bizarre: the manager criticized current employees in front of the interviewee, making it easier for job seekers to assess whether they should join the company. Not a bad experience.
Cons
The work atmosphere is terrible. The manager is suspicious and treats people like thieves—a control freak.
They claim to be open-minded, but there is intense infighting. The team is selfish and self-serving, with no sense of cohesion.
