Read the community guidelinesThis is the Zhishen Empire English Academy, which is different from the name under which they are registered as a business.
The coworkers are generally easy to get along with.
The workplace atmosphere is free and flexible.
The company is close to an MRT station, which is very convenient.
There are lots of places to eat nearby.
If you're a newcomer hoping to learn and gain experience, you can skip this company altogether.
The boss's wife wants results without looking at the statistics. There are constant personnel changes, or she keeps herself busy with extremely meaningless project activities. Meetings are just a vicious cycle of talking nonsense—it's practically a bombardment of exhaustion.
The coworkers all seem nice on the surface, but who knows what they say in private. When there's a problem, they won't correct you face-to-face or tell you where the problem lies at the time. They'll just silently resent you and take over the work themselves. Then, when they're called in by a supervisor, they'll explain what the problem was. One day, they'll suddenly tell you not to come in tomorrow. The only reasons they'll give are that you're not proactive and that you don't understand how the company operates.
The secretary is the boss's wife's lackey. She can change her face at any moment, and her attitude has never been good. I even thought she was the boss's wife herself.
The project planner doesn't actually do project-planning work either. It should probably be called administrative planning instead. Sending class-notification emails to students? Haha.
She can't read or teach any data at all.
Instead of coming up with these useless projects, why not seriously think about how to improve the teaching staff and course content?
