During the interview, they only said that employees who were interested could take classes for free, but after being hired, they implicitly pressured employees to work as unpaid weekend staff, and raising concerns was ineffective. There is already quite a lot of ad hoc work assigned during weekdays, so you have to work every day after getting off work and on weekends. Besides the salary not being particularly good, the salary mentioned in the interview was only for reference, and there is no overtime pay.
