Read the community guidelinesThey got straight to the point in the very first interview, which gave me a very good impression.
During the second interview, I found that they began asking about personal privacy and probing into marketing-related ideas and knowledge. It was very obvious that they were trying to steal knowledge and experience from other marketing professionals. They also clearly could not afford the salary conditions advertised on 104, and the need for shift work was not stated. There was no travel reimbursement, and I was not hired anyway. I recommend that marketing professionals who really plan to attend the interview remember to take measures to protect their knowledge, ideas, and so on.
