Pros
The salary and benefits are generous, and the company properly pays overtime. The boss is very nice, and you can communicate and coordinate with him about anything.
Cons
There was once a delay of a month and a half in paying salaries, reflecting poor financial management. The company even frequently forgot to pay bills, and after I left, it still had not paid my overtime wages or reimbursed expenses I had advanced on the company’s behalf.
