Interview:
1. During the interview process, the boss will constantly paint an overly rosy picture, telling you how much in bonuses you will receive after making sales, but none of this has anything to do with you.
Because: Bonuses are not protected under the Labor Standards Act, the boss provides no written guarantees, and bonuses may be deducted.
2. During the interview, the boss will not mention any information that is favorable to you, such as the sales status of projects, guaranteed contracts, etc., so you have no way to assess the situation. Instead, the boss will constantly emphasize how much bonus other employees received. (Later, after I left the company, I actually met this former employee and learned that the bonus he received differed greatly from what the boss had said at the time.)
Work:
1. Being one minute late will get you severely reprimanded, but overtime is considered normal. As a result, the company has an absurdly long-hours work culture, and its leave arrangements also do not comply with the Labor Standards Act. Calculated out, the hourly wage is even lower than the hourly wage protected by the Labor Standards Act.
2. At this company, you will be reprimanded no matter what you do. You will make mistakes more easily than you would at other workplaces, and being scolded every day is the norm—especially when it is time to receive bonuses, when the reprimands become unbearable. This is also one of the reasons for the extremely high employee turnover rate.
3. After lunch, if you lie down to rest, you will be called to do work. I never took a lunch break while working at this company. I thought nobody took lunch breaks, but in fact, the boss and manager would sit at their desks and take lunch breaks. If there is no lunch break, there is certainly no need to mention an afternoon break.
4. No benefits at all. The only things provided are the 6% contribution and labor and health insurance.
5. You will not learn anything. The boss will only teach you to clean and do menial labor. Moreover, the boss really likes to criticize you after you finish the work.
6. The boss likes inexperienced employees because they are easier to deal with and will not talk back when scolded.
7. The system is completely opaque. Everything is decided by the boss, and there are no work rules.
Receiving bonuses:
1. Under this company's bonus system, the boss has sole discretion over how bonuses are interpreted. Which bonuses will be given to you and which bonuses should not be given are decided at the last minute. In addition, bonuses are not covered by a contract, providing workers with no protection at all.
2. Bonuses may be deducted retroactively; this is also entirely up to the boss.
3. Bonuses at this company are not paid upon making a sale; they are only paid during the three major holidays.
4. The above still applies when the company is making a profit. If the company is not making money, you can imagine what happens.
Resignation:
1. When you resign, the boss may still require you to sign certain agreements.
