Read the community guidelinesThe employees on site are all very nice. Some people in design positions are also good, and the administrative staff are all very nice.
However, be careful: some petty-minded people in design will complain to upper management about the benefits for on-site staff, causing benefits that should have existed to disappear or become worse.
Also, the company does not follow the Labor Standards Act when it comes to wages. They will only say that you are a part-time student worker and then use the year-end bonus to pressure you, claiming that the bonus is included in the average salary. However, the company did not sign any employment contract with me, so be careful—the company may use money to pressure you. Think carefully before joining this company, and do not become a sucker.
