They make and overpromise grandiose plans, while any delays in progress are blamed on the people below. Those in higher positions can delay progress as much as they want without consequence. Instructions are vague, and even asking a question may get you mocked. The employee turnover is extremely high—on average, it seems like one person quits every month. Taking leave was originally said to be as flexible as possible, but once someone is blacklisted, their leave requests are ignored. They say not deducting pay for leave is good for employees, but there is no annual leave either. Things they should provide on their own are never requested by anyone, yet afterward they bring them up as if they were charitable concessions, haha.
