Applied for an editing assistant position
1. The video format is roughly those old-fashioned, 5–10-minute advertisements that occasionally appear on television, with boxed-in ads.
2. In addition to editing, the position also requires assisting with filming. There may sometimes be overtime, which in itself is not a problem, but when compensatory leave was mentioned, no clear method was provided. It feels as though there would be neither overtime pay nor compensatory leave hours.
3. The company did not mention its compensation and benefits. Having encountered many companies like this, most companies that do not proactively disclose compensation during the interview are typical exploitative employers~
4. In fact, the company mainly works in the food industry. As soon as you enter the office, you see its products, giving the impression that the media business is a side venture and making the company seem unfocused.
