They offer meager pay while expecting miracles. The job involves photographing products, but although the company clearly has a photography studio, they don't let us use it. Instead, they expect people to photograph silver jewelry in extremely poor shooting conditions, saying things like they hope you can find a way to produce good results even in a terrible environment.
