1. When I went for the interview, I had to fill out all the information I had already written on my résumé again.....including my autobiography? Then why did I go to all the trouble of preparing that résumé?
2. The company's location was really bizarre. I looked for a long time and couldn't find it; eventually, I had to ask the building manager, and it was inside a small door....
3. The interviewer was very good at making grand promises, saying that this industry has a lot of potential and that employees who had previously left the company had all gone on to develop their careers at foreign companies.. Hmm.. very good at deceiving people.
4. I felt that something was strange after the interview. Fortunately, I didn't join. Seeing the comments below made me even more grateful that I didn't report for work....
Colleagues are very easy to get along with. Everyone helps one another, and there is no backstabbing. The managers are also very laid-back and care about employees’ well-being.
There is no situation where senior employees take sales credit from new hires. Whenever we encounter business-related issues that cannot be resolved, they help handle them.
The company represents quite a lot of software products, and some of them are more difficult to sell.
1. Nice colleagues
There are too many drawbacks to list.
I don't want to criticize anything; I just want to say: ...
If you're a new salesperson and find that you can't stay here for long, don't doubt your abilities, because this is perfectly normal.
I'm very glad that I was able to decisively leave this place; otherwise, every day I stayed would have been a waste of time.
The colleagues are fairly easy to get along with.
The company can never fill its sales positions. Veterans take accounts from newcomers, and we are constantly doing cold outreach. We only find out that the list is wrong after contacting a competitor’s customers. The company’s existing sales performance is already extremely poor, yet the boss keeps adding a bunch of products that cannot be sold. The direction of decision-making is also not precise enough. What are employees supposed to do?
The colleagues are nice, except for the ones next door
Leaving work on time
A noisy environment, with people speaking loudly from time to time
Constant cold-calling, and I don't even know what we're doing
Without connections, rookie salespeople just search for information on certain job websites and make calls
At least thirty to start
None
Low pay, noisy work environment
A manager who constantly complains about everything
Constant cold-calling; sales positions can never be fully staffed
Don't come here to be mistreated
None
The interviewer asked you to answer questions, but none of the answers were what he wanted. Whatever you said was considered wrong, and he completely invalidated your personality and experience.
The job description hinted that employees would be heavily exploited during working hours.
