The interviewer was extremely disrespectful. Don’t come here and waste your time.
Walking into the office on Section 3, Minquan East Road, I found an old company building piled high with miscellaneous items. The employees seemed lifeless, and the atmosphere was gloomy.
I was greeted by someone who was extremely timid and hesitant in their work. I later found out that the person I had been corresponding with by email was not in HR but was an administrative assistant. They seemed to be frequently scolded and therefore lacked confidence. Since there was no professional HR staff, the job description was written unclearly, making the entire interview a huge waste of time.
At the very beginning of the interview, they asked about my academic performance and sarcastically mocked me, asking whether I had spent all of university having fun instead of studying. They humiliated a fresh graduate from a different field.
The company established by Boss Chu truly has “genius vision.” It is obvious that employees are not regarded as capital or assets, but as nothing more than labor or tools. I could sense this from just a brief interview—let alone the employees working inside. Would you still want to join the company after that?
