2. The design work is fairly flexible and easy for those who are proficient at it
3. If you can fit into a certain group, it can be a great place to coast until retirement
1. Severe internal infighting
2. A certain group ostracizes and criticizes colleagues; when they dislike someone, they treat that person as if they were invisible (for example, ignoring them when ordering lunch boxes, drinks, or organizing activities)
3. The supervisor interacts with everyone in a joking manner on a daily basis, but don't think they won't stab you in the back
4. The colleagues are not very polite. Whether you provide support or complete a task, you will never hear a single “thank you”
5. They are highly skilled at flattering others
6. If you make a mistake at work, it will not be corrected immediately; you will be criticized later or after your probationary period
7. That group constantly uses foul language, especially a certain supervisor, who gives no consideration whatsoever to other people's feelings
8. The year-end performance rating bonus is at most one month's salary
9. The boss or junior boss always listens to that group
10. Interpersonal relationships are valued more; average skills are sufficient
