I applied for an internal sales position. The division of labor is very clearly defined; it seems that when issues arise, they are simply passed on to the next level or handled by the head office. The employees seem to know absolutely nothing about information technology. When they encounter technical problems, they Google them themselves, and if they cannot solve them, they pass them on to the head office. This place is basically just a point of contact and a warehouse. The day-to-day work mainly involves handling quotation issues and shipments.
The work environment is very, very quiet; I'm not sure whether that's an advantage or a disadvantage.
