Read the community guidelinesThe company environment is pretty good, and overtime is paid.
Although overtime is paid, the salary is very poor. What you earn is essentially just compensation for mentally exhausting, physically demanding overtime. When you calculate it, you actually feel quite cheap. The work pressure is high, and overtime is the norm. Those who want to gain experience might give it a try, but I don’t recommend staying long term. The company’s work style is relatively limited, so once you’ve learned what you want to learn, leave. The boss is not someone who values employees. The business team’s opinions often determine the direction of the work, and designers feel like mere “equipment” for producing work. At present, I earn more without working overtime at my current job than I did here while working myself to the bone on overtime. If this place is just a phase, it’s best to move on once you’ve been through it.
