Business trips directly violate the working-hour regulations of the Labor Standards Act.
The designated working hours on site are 0800–2200.
Overtime pay cannot be claimed either.
The bonus afterward is also extremely small—a terrible job.
There’s little to do and it’s very relaxed—the boss can’t get any projects, boo-hoo.
This is truly the most outrageous company I’ve ever encountered. The boss has absolutely no respect for professional expertise.
They’re best at bluffing employees and treating them like idiots, as if everyone else has no brains.
After six months, I felt things were getting more and more ridiculous, and I really couldn’t take it anymore, so I resigned and left.
When I left, I counted a total of 30 people who had either been fired by the boss or resigned during my time there.
Because it’s a small company, the boss loves giving orders personally and managing the office and work.
But they lack communication skills and have low EQ and IQ. They often forget things, change their mind, then angrily lash out and scold people for no reason.
They only understand things superficially, have no respect for professional expertise, and don’t listen to opinions. They just say employees are ignorant and stupid, then give them lessons.
After attending the lessons, I discovered they were genuinely laughable classes based on twisted reasoning. They completely denied what we were taught at school, and even dared to claim they had a PhD—it must be fake.
1. When recruiting people, they often make grand promises, but what actually gets done never matches what was originally said and differs from the agreed-upon work.
They don’t even know what kind of employees or expertise they truly need. The employees they hire end up not knowing what they are supposed to do and leave.
This small company wants the processes of a large company, so everything gets dragged out and becomes cumbersome. In the end, no project is done well.
Recently, they estimated about 90% of the projects, but only the projects from right after I joined were actually moving forward.
2. The boss is incompetent and unprofessional, micromanaging many minor matters while failing to properly manage major work-related issues. Problems pile up as projects progress and conclude, and working for this company is genuinely embarrassing.
The boss is a classic bully who picks on the weak and fears the strong: soft and submissive externally, only daring to curse people behind their backs; internally, they treat employees like dogs, cursing and yelling at them. In the end, not a single thing gets done properly, which is laughable.
3. A complete list of the boss’s micromanagement:
Employees are required to eat lunch in the meeting room. The meeting room is not even large enough, and they keep talking about work while everyone eats. They say eating in the office will cause cockroaches to breed, which is ridiculous. Yet every Friday before leaving work, all employees must deep-clean the entire office. What’s even more absurd is that even during the pandemic, employees still had to eat together in the meeting room—the idea being that we should all die together!?
They control employees by forbidding phone use during work hours and monitoring the websites viewed on computers. That would be understandable if there were actually work to do, but there often isn’t anything to do. Are we supposed to sleep or bring game consoles to play instead? As long as the work is completed on time, what’s the problem? They even check employees’ computer histories after work to see what websites they viewed. It’s truly disgusting! Almost everything at the company is communicated through LINE, including instructions and messages. Once, after seeing someone reply to a message on LINE, they directly ordered them to open it and show what they were discussing. The level of control is disgusting.
They even told a former employee that they knew everything the employees said and claimed to have installed listening devices to eavesdrop.
I’ve lost count of how many people the boss has cursed. They don’t say anything to many employees while they are still working there or confront them directly; only after those employees leave do they viciously and offensively berate them behind their backs. You frequently hear them dragging former employees out to publicly shame and curse them. Once, after many people left, they even posted a public denunciation announcing that those employees had been fired, along with the mistakes they had allegedly made and the reasons. It was truly laughable.
In reality, of the approximately six employees, only one was fired by the boss; the rest resigned on their own.
Several people had already resigned and completed their handovers, or had been driven out by the boss, yet the boss kept asking them to come back and finish the work. No one wanted anything to do with them.
It was absolutely hilarious. They also spent all day saying they would sue people, but it was all talk.
4. My sincere advice is not to waste time even attending an interview. It’s extremely painful when someone who doesn’t know how to be a boss becomes one. They treat people as disposable tools and curse people whenever they feel like it, with extremely poor emotional control. Having to face an unpredictable time bomb exploding every day will eventually drive you insane.
There is no future or prospects here. Turnover is extremely high; over the past two years, even the most senior employee stayed only one year before leaving.
Unfortunately, the boss is a rich, extremely stingy old-school employer. As long as they have money, the company probably won’t go under.

A company with no future
It does not value its employees and has no vision
The website also shows no professionalism whatsoever
I suggest you do not even go to an interview at this company; it would just be a waste of your time
The boss often forces employees to resign and treats them as expendable
When the boss thinks an employee is no longer useful, they hand the employee an involuntary resignation form
The boss has serious problems with logic, often fails to express themselves clearly, and leaves sentences unfinished
If, after reading the comments below, you still think you should give it a try,
I suggest learning how to communicate with spirits before going to this company; otherwise, you will have no idea how to communicate with the boss

Be extremely cautious before joining this company! The company also operates under another name: Yashe Energy Development Co., Ltd.
1. The company has inverter air conditioning, but the boss insists that the air conditioning must be turned off at exactly 12 noon and cannot be turned on again until 1 p.m.
For a high-rise office, this is absolutely hell.
The company is on a high floor and has no windows facing outside.
There are also people throughout the office.
People often come back from their lunch break drenched in sweat.
The company has circulation fans, but they are not allowed to be turned on together with the air conditioning.
The air conditioning must be set to 25 degrees and cannot be lower.
If the boss sees that both the circulation fans and air conditioning are on and the temperature is below 25 degrees,
he gets angry and says he will have the surveillance footage checked and impose punishment.
So everyone often arrives at work covered in sweat in the morning and also leaves work covered in sweat in the afternoon.
2. Sugary drinks are not allowed on office desks.
The boss hates cockroaches, but anyone who has worked in an office building knows
that some cockroaches do not originate inside the office; they may appear because the building is old,
and there are bound to be some in the pipes.
Once, the boss caught a cockroach and took it directly to a female colleague’s desk.
It was not caused by that colleague, but he began blaming us for leaving sugary drinks on our desks, supposedly causing small cockroaches to appear in the company.
The problem was that we were not drinking beverages at all.
Even eating was subject to centralized control.
The company also had no refrigerator, microwave, or anything like that.
If you brought your own lunch, you could only eat it cold or from a thermos.
The only reason was that the boss really hated cockroaches.
3. The company has many access-control checkpoints.
In a small office of less than 40 ping, there are actually four card-access checkpoints.
The boss thinks employees are stealing work time whenever they go to the bathroom or smoke.
He often tells MIS to investigate each employee’s entry and exit times.
4. The turnover is frighteningly high.
None of the company’s employees have worked there for more than a year; even the longest-serving employees have only lasted 9–10 months.
The company’s job openings are never closed, and no one can stay.
New hires are often involuntarily terminated before they have even been there for three months.
The company even once became the subject of a ridiculous incident: it had decided to involuntarily terminate an employee, but after submitting the paperwork to the Labor Bureau, it discovered that the employee could still be utilized and forgot to withdraw the submission.
The employee later received a call from an employment service station checking in, and only then discovered that they had been involuntarily terminated.
The employee was so angry that they went to argue with the boss’s wife. The boss’s wife handled the employee’s enrollment in and withdrawal from labor insurance.
She actually did not dare admit that she had submitted the involuntary termination.
From the time I joined the company until now, more than 50 employees have left.
The number continues to rise.
5. The boss has no professional ability and lacks both emotional and intellectual intelligence.
The boss is unfamiliar with the industry and often takes drawings from foreign manufacturers, modifies one or two details, and then tells employees to apply for patents.
If the client asks him a question he does not understand during a conference call,
he scolds the client for having no understanding of the subject.
Employees cannot ask questions either, because the boss will throw them out,
saying that they are completely incompetent and cannot understand plain language.
Even worse, if the boss fails to win a particular deal, he will use the drawings from his patent application to sue the competitor.
He has probably made quite a few enemies in the industry.
6. He does not trust employees.
He thinks all employees are trying to harm him.
He rejects every suggestion.
He loves holding meetings, but they are all ineffective.
An employee can say one sentence, and he can spend 10–20 minutes berating them.
This leaves everyone completely uninterested and without the motivation or desire to prepare reports or share anything.
The employees he considers capable are worked to death, with everything dumped on them.
He has no idea how to allocate work.
Clients are often already in the office,
while he is still loudly berating employees and his wife.
He truly embodies the saying: if you are not embarrassed, then someone else is.
7. He often goes back on his word.
The company’s procurement process has always required the boss’s approval,
followed by the boss’s wife applying the company seal before any action can be taken.
Several times, procurement had already been carried out according to the process,
only for the boss to change his mind. On one occasion, he even made an employee personally bear more than NT$20,000 in payment for the goods.
7. The boss likes hiring middle-aged and older employees. Middle-aged and older employees should definitely think carefully before changing jobs here!
Before interviewing with this company, first consider whether you are sufficiently willing to be exploited as a corporate wage slave.
